Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service and smooth travel experiences throughout their journey.
  • Communicate with guests online regarding tour programs, travel arrangements, and service-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with hotels, guides, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure service quality.
  • Monitor and maintain company service standards during tours and site visits.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and destination partners.
  • Prepare service inspection and guest feedback reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in enhancing guest experiences and developing new travel experiences/products.
  • Provide on-site support for VIP guests or special travel arrangements when required.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in tourism, hospitality, guest relations, or tour operations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently across Indochina.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
  • Strong command of English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel-related systems/tools.
