▪ Leading team and control job site situation and report to General Manager
▪ Active role in assuring productive work occurs in a safe and quality manner
▪ Thorough knowledge and understanding of project plans and specifications
▪ Identify issues that could lead to problems and facility solutions
▪ Work with safety to investigate damage, incidents or near misses in the worksite, and
ensure proper procedures have carried us according to the company’s safety program
▪ Implement quality management process and conduct a process review.
▪ Create report on project status.
▪ Assign team/department to arrange accidents/damages reports including countermeasure.
▪ Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures,
oversee all testing methods and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
▪ Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure
adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits
on processes.
▪ Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project
specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement
and quality materials.
▪ Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards, monitor
continuous.

▪ Knowledge and understanding of drawing Auto CAD
▪ Excellent time management skills
▪ Understand the job-site situation (Lifting and Moving of Heavy Cargo and Machineries)
▪ Understanding safety to use Heavy Equipment (Crane, Forklift and Heavy Lifting tools)
▪ At least university graduate equivalent qualifications (Mechanical or Civil)
▪ Friendly, outgoing, polite, proactive & energetic
▪ Can be use English, Japanese is a plus.
