- Manage and implement all aspects of HR function
- Act as HR Business Partner and work with department leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.
- Manage and oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR records.
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce strategy.
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
-Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
•  7 years of experience in Human Resources
•  Experience in all aspects of HR is advantage
•  Good at problem solving skills
•  Be an HR Business Partner
•  Familiar with manufacturing and farming is an advantage
•  Experience in complex projects is advantage
•  Be able to travel to Bokor Mountain
