Develop plans, strategies and implement HR policies and plan aligned with the overall business strategy.
Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing employees.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and issues.
Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization or subsidiaries.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Conduct training needs to strengthen employee capacity and monitor training programs.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Report to management/Head of Human Resource and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of as HR Manager and/or HR Executive.
Extensive experience of 2-5 years in HR field.
Demonstrate experience with Human Resource metrics
Knowledge of Labor law, HR system and databases
Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Ability to listen actively, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to solve problems, strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, work collaboratively in dynamic environment.
Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, administration, human resources or related fields.
Language proficiency as required by the market (must be able to use English).
