  • Develop plans, strategies and implement HR policies and plan aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing employees.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and issues.
  • Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization or subsidiaries.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Conduct training needs to strengthen employee capacity and monitor training programs.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Report to management/Head of Human Resource and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of as HR Manager and/or HR Executive.
  • Extensive experience of 2-5 years in HR field.
  • Demonstrate experience with Human Resource metrics
  • Knowledge of Labor law, HR system and databases
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to listen actively, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to solve problems, strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, work collaboratively in dynamic environment.
  • Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, administration, human resources or related fields.
  • Language proficiency as required by the market (must be able to use English).
