  • Handle full-cycle payroll processing 
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records
  • Monitor and track employee attendance, leave, and timesheets
  • Prepare contracts, employment letters, and internal memos
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
  • Coordinate staff performance evaluations and training plans
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, SSB, and tax requirements
  • Support the HR team with employee relations and general HR tasks

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll-related functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Hands-on experience with HR software
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality
