Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Prepare Recruitment Payment (VS health checkup, Camlife, CamHR, etc…) and Monthly Recruitment Fee
  • Make MRS, PR, and PO request for Job Fair preparation.
  • Support monthly job fair
  • Update Recruitment Master List (Daily)
  • Lead collection and follow-up all required documents from new staff
  • Input Promotion & Transfer excel & in SAP
  • Prepare Promotion exam & interview arrangement
  • Prepare Revise salary excel list
  • Prepare Memo for Internal Promotion & Transfer
  • Assist in organizing interviews (facilitate schedule arrangement with hiring department & candidates) and Support interview
  • Confirm new staff (Starting date, Salary, company benefits, VS health check date, uniform tailoring, Orientation training date etc.)
  • Support New Staff contract
  • Hiring new staff in SAP
  • Collect and follow-up all required documents from new staff
  • Support on posting job announcement, and updating
  • Follow up, record, and proceed documents to get management approval related to movement, staff requisition, disciplinary and other documents
  • Standardize Personnel Filing all required documents for current and resign staff
  • Support exit interview arrangement
  • Turn Over Report
  • Fresh graduate in business administration are encouraged to apply
  • Be able to use computer (Ms. Office)
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Willingness to learn, challenge and work as a team
  • Personality: Strong, mature, patient and challenging etc.
  • Prepare manpower report (Every Monday)
  • Make concessionary ID card (Every Friday)
  • Support HR announcement, Memo, etc……
  • Communicate policies and procedures with employees
  • Other tasks assigned by Management

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource or business administration field
  • Be able to use computer (Ms. Office 365)
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Willingness to learn, challenge and work as a team
  • Personality: Strong, mature, patient and challenging etc.
  • Able to work on the weekend and holiday.
