Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Prepare HR monthly Fee ,
• Prepare monthly PHL and AL report
• Update staffs Profile 1
• Prepare Administration letter.
• Prepare monthly MC report /
• Prepare monthly Disciplinary Report.,
• Prepare monthly NSSF claim (health care and accident)

• Prepare monthly Report staffs maternity, staff plan to resign, and staff resigned to submit to Admin for verify the Phone Card allowance
• Prepare monthly Cashier shortage 1
• Prepare monthly Union fee deduction
• Prepare monthly report heath check to Mol ,
• Prepare monthly NSSF payment ,
• Provide Support on SAP,
• Fixing error payroll and support on correction at the 2nd payment as such PRD, PHL, AL in the end of month ,
• Prepare Internal health checks up
• transfer and promotion letter ,
• Other Report as per supervisor assignment.,

• Fresh graduate in business administration are encouraged to apply
• Be able to use computer (Ms. Office)
• Be able to communicate in English
