Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Check and verify overtime records and ensure accurate payroll input.
  • Maintain and update the HR master list and employee profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including issuing warnings and supporting disciplinary actions when required.
  • Monitor and analyze employee retention and turnover to support workforce planning.
  • Prepare and issue employment certificates and related HR documents as requested by employees.
  • Review attendance, leave, and lateness records with relevant stakeholders and report updates to the HR Manager.
  • Coordinate staff movements such as onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports and provide supporting documentation for payroll and final settlements.
  • Communicate HR announcements (new joiners, transfers, promotions, resignations) through official channels.
  • Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager to support overall HR operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and HR administrative processes.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tracking tools (HRIS).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
