  • Develop Recruitment Strategies
    • Design and implement recruitment plans to attract, select, and retain qualified workers.
    • Coordinate workforce planning with relevant departments to forecast hiring needs.
  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment
    • Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate channels (job boards, social media, local networks).
    • Organize and conduct recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and open houses.
    • Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews for worker positions.
    • Coordinate pre-employment processes (testing, medical checks, background verification).
  • Employer Branding & Sourcing
    • Build relationships with vocational schools, training centers, and community organizations to create worker pipelines.
    • Develop and maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
    • Promote the company as an employer of choice among workers.
  • Onboarding & Induction
    • Oversee onboarding programs and orientation for new workers.
    • Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations during hiring and onboarding.
  • Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, turnover).
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and guide recruitment officers or assistants involved in worker hiring.
    • Provide training and support to HR staff on recruitment best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor labor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
    • Recommend improvements to recruitment policies, processes, and tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in HR recruitment with at least 2 years focusing on hiring workers or large-volume recruitment.
  • Experience managing recruitment campaigns and working with external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Other:
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Flexibility to travel for recruitment activities when needed.
