Job Description

  • Develop strategies and plans to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty at all customer touch points
  • Collect, analyze and act on customer feedback to improve the services and products
  • Work closely with stakeholders including digital, product, marketing, marketing, sales and technical team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Train our staff in the best practices for customer interactions and support
  • Use key metric and KPI to monitor and improve customer service performance
  • Ensure the bank’s CX management policy, procedure and/or guideline are regularly reviewed and updated in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare the necessary report for management and regulatory requirements if any
  • Manage operational costs and personal expenses of the unit to align with approved budget

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, accounting, and other related fields

• At least 8 years’ working experience in Banking

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Good problem-solving skills, negotiation skills and initiative driven

• English competency and computer literacy are advantage
