Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product and Brand Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive brand growth, product innovation, and commercial success in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Product and Brand Growth: Lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and increase market share.
Lead New Product Development (NPD): Manage end-to-end NPD processes—from market research and ideation to product launch—ensuring alignment with consumer health trends and competitive positioning in functional food and nutrition categories.
Deliver Commercial Strategies: Apply strong analytical and P&L management skills to develop data-driven plans that optimize profitability and respond to market dynamics.
Project and Stakeholder Management: Oversee multiple projects with effective planning and coordination across internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely delivery within budget and strategic goals.
Champion Leadership and Innovation: Demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership, and a results-oriented mindset to drive business performance, enhance customer engagement, and foster continuous brand improvement.
