Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Welcome and guide patients during registration, consultation, and treatment processes.
  • Provide clear information on outpatient services, procedures, waiting times, and payment options.
  • Act as the main contact point for patients, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collect and verify the patient’s demographics, medical history, and chief complaints.
  • Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure continuity of care by tracking patient progress and providing reminders.
  • Protect patient confidentiality in line with hospital policy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in patient services, customer service, or healthcare support (hospital/clinic experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of outpatient procedures and hospital service workflows.
  • Computer skills: MS Office, hospital information systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Khmer; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Teamwork and ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff.

Working conditions:

  • Working days: 5 days per week.
  • Working hours: 8.00 – 18.00 (include 1-hour lunch break).
  • Days off, holiday: 2 days off per week (rotation).
  • Salary: Based on our policy/ Based on your performance
  • Pay change: Twice a year (January and July).
