• Proactively monitor and manage the renewal pipeline based on contract value, risk, and renewal date.• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to gather intelligence on customer health, satisfaction scores, and potential expansion opportunities.• Forecast and report on renewal rates, churn risk, and potential upsell/cross-sell revenue to sales leadership.• Identify at-risk accounts early and collaborate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to create a risk mitigation plan before the renewal discussion begins.
