Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinating with Sales Consultant to make appointments with Customers for vehicles inspection
  • Sorting and calling customers upon customer list providing by department head or pending customer list
  • Sourcing customers for trade-in and making appointments
  • Testing vehicle components for wear, damage, or improper adjustment
  • Conducting tests and evaluation quality or performance of products, and its service history
  • Performing vehicles inspection based on internal inspection process
  • Analysis inspection result and report to supervisor for buying price offer
  • Analysis and keeping record of customers coming for inspection or fail to come in order to following next
  • Communicating with Sales Consultant or Customer for buying negotiation (buying conditions incited and reference supporting document)
  • Following up and communicating with customers for pending trade-in vehicles
  • Issuing buying contract and processing payment request to the Accounting department
  • Requesting service dept for vehicles recondition (getting quotation)
  • Following up and committing date of readiness for sales display
  • Doing other related tasks concerning with vehicles
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management/marketing or related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in sales or fresh graduated student
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh, and service oriented
  • Knowledge of computer, Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Having a valid driving license is a plus
