• Source and purchase raw materials (e.g., scrap metal, billets, alloys)• Identify and evaluate suppliers (local and international)• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning• Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records• Track market trends (steel prices, raw material costs)• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation• Coordinate with logistics for shipment and delivery

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field• 2–5 years of experience in procurement (preferably in manufacturing or steel industry)• Strong negotiation and analytical skills• Knowledge of raw materials used in steel production is a plus• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)• Good communication in English• Vietnamese language skills are an advantage
