The Regional Sales Manager (Tobacco) leads and drives sales execution, team performance, and distribution strategy within the Phnom Penh area. This role ensures sales growth, visibility, and operational excellence across all channels.
•Lead sales strategy and execution across Phnom Penh, covering modern trade, general trade, HoReCa, TOFT, TONT, and Mass Café channels.
•Supervise Area Sales Managers and representatives to ensure call productivity, coverage, and achievement of daily/weekly KPIs.
•Manage and review sub-distributors on stock levels, AR, warehouse operations, and P&L performance to ensure alignment with sales targets.
•Track and optimize placement of POSM, route plans, and outlet activation, while ensuring prompt delivery and product visibility.
•Work closely with Trade Activation, Finance, Warehouse, and IT teams to ensure integrated support for regional sales execution.
