- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.- Task Delegation: Assign and review the work of accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.- Monthly Closings Report - Monthly and yearly Tax Declaration .- Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.- Reconciliations: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of all accounts.- Accounts Payable and Receivable- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.- Efficiency Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a senior role- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.- Tax Knowledge- Good in accounting software (QuickBooks).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail and organizational skill
