Job Summary
Experienced HR professional focused on recruitment and talent acquisition for a growing agriculture business in Phnom Penh. You will manage end-to-end hiring, support HR operations, and help build a strong, engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
● Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective staffing plans.
● Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
● Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking, and hiring reports.
● Support onboarding, employee documentation, and basic HR administrative tasks.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
● Assist with HR policies, employee communication, and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
● Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Good understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and hiring best practices.
● Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment tracking systems.
● Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
● English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
