Job Description

1- Assure development newness efficient handover management
2- Ensure relevent SOP and standards are updated and in proper use in all sections
3- Organise necessary training to up skill Quality team
4- Assure good cross functional communication for good quality product

Head the risk assessment process for coming new seasons.
 Responsible for daily quality process execution in all Sportwear manufacturing sections according
to the quality manual guideline.
 Conduct a weekly quality assurance audit covering all sections with a month’s time to maintain
the process follow-up.
 Respond to all Quality mid management daily concerns.
 Head the PP meeting and follow on PP comments execution from customers in all manufacturing
sections.
 Ensure Quality related resources match Budget and forecast weekly requirements.
 Approach problems solving with Plan, do, check, act system of thinking.
 Ability to organise Quality team activity to reach the highest efficiency.
 Ability to check pattern and sewing step by step process

Job Requirements

 Quality manager in factory field above 7 years minimum.

Cool minded and able to discuss problem within the mutual respect and trust context
 Situational leader (Coash, Trainer, Motivator and Delegator)
 Good communication skills
 Work with timetables and deadline mind set
 Team trust builder
