Customer received documents, data info/shipping advice on time and accurate.
Ensure understanding customer requirements, SOP compliance for those customers
That was assigned to take care.
Deliver 100% data Integrity i.e. accurate booking, clear information to customers.
Provide customers with timely, accurate and courteous service. Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor and communication.
To assist customers when problems arise by liaison with the relevant internal parties –Ops/Finance.
Pro-actively advise customers on exceptional service notification.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree related field equivalent plus minimum 1-2 Years experience in liner and logistics
Experience document operation.
Good command English
Having good communication interpersonal skills.
Competency Microsoft applications
Willing be our long-term staff/ team
Must have exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Able contribute positively part a team.
Must be an honest, hardworking punctual person.
