  • Develop and maintain performancemanagement policies, tools, and processes.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal cyclesand ensure compliance.
  • Design and implement competency frameworksand career development plans.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data toidentify trends and recommend actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers onperformance management practices.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and other teams to alignperformance and development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards formanagement decision-making.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fi eld.
  • Professional Experience
  • 3–5 years in HR performance management or organizational development.
  • Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems and HR metrics.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting performance data.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Profi ciency in HRIS and reporting tools.
