Lead and manage the UI/UX design strategy for Treasury platforms supporting trading, liquidity management, securities, and treasury reporting activities. 

Design and optimize user journeys and workflows for treasury users, including front-office traders, middle-office risk teams, and back-office operations. 

Work closely with Treasury Product Owners and Technology teams to translate business requirements into effective user interface and user experience solutions. 

Develop and maintain design standards, UI guidelines, and design systems to ensure consistency across treasury applications. 

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions with treasury users to continuously improve platform usability and operational efficiency. 

Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for treasury system enhancements and new digital initiatives. 

Ensure treasury platforms provide efficient data visualization and dashboards for trading activities, liquidity monitoring, and financial reporting. 

Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure UI/UX designs are implemented accurately and aligned with system architecture. 

Support treasury system projects including new platform implementations, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. 

Promote best practices in human-centered design, accessibility, and performance optimization for financial systems. 

Minimum 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, digital product design, or user experience management. 

Experience designing enterprise platforms, financial systems, or trading systems is highly preferred. 

Experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business users. 

Strong understanding of complex workflows and data-driven user interfaces. 

Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields. 

Experience in banking, fintech, or financial institutions is an advantage.
