Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Control production costs, especially raw materials and WIP.
Manage inventory for raw materials, semi‑production, and finished goods.
Monitor material usage against approved BOM.
Analyze production variances and cost efficiency.
Manage import costs and landed cost allocation.
Maintain compliance and accuracy of all accounting records.
Implement strong internal controls to prevent errors, fraud, and inventory loss.
Supervise accounting team and improve operational efficiency.
Verify and close inventories from warehouse and production.
Control fixed assets and monthly depreciation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and close monthly financial reports.
Support financial accuracy, cost control, and business decision‑making.
Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience in manufacturing or production industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting, and inventory management.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and MS Office.
Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance standards, and auditing procedures.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer.
Analytical mindset, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
