Interest Rate and Liquidity Risk Management: Monitor and report on interest rate and liquidity risks to ensure the organization's financial stability.
ALM Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to manage the organization's asset and liability portfolios effectively.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to asset and liability management.
Financial Modeling and Analysis: Utilize financial models to assess balance sheet behaviors, net interest income performance, and interest rate sensitivities.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present reports on the organization's ALM position to senior management and relevant committees.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary data and implement ALM strategies effectively.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, with a strong background in ALM.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel; experience with ALM software and financial modeling tools is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective ALM strategies
