- Ensure the accurate preparation of clearance documentation.
- Handle the procedures for customs import and export formality clearance.
- Responsible for inputting the customs declaration in the ASYCUDA system.
- Liaise with customs officials on the specific formality clearance process for cargo releasing.
- Coordinate with terminal operator of shipment transshipment.
- Manage searching for or classifying the HS code of commodity.
- Ensure the accuracy of duty and tax calculations.
- Ensure compliance with the customs laws, regulations, and procedures for avoid any offenses.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with team members and relevant authorities for smooth job implementation.

- Bachelor Degree or above qualification.
- Minimum 1years experience with customs clearance or working logistics company
- Having knowledge of import and export customs clearance process
- Be able in using and declaration entry into ASYCUDA system.
- Holding customs broker license( is plus)
- Business level of Khmer and English (daily conversation level of Japanese is a plus)
- Able to use Microsoft office (Able to Systematic approach is a plus)
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
- Have good attitude towards work, be able to tackle difficult tasks with sincerity.
- Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities.
- Hard working and be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and public holiday).
