Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Forecast monthly shipment plan with internal team

- Issue Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers according to Material Management needs

- Prepare documents for clearance at Port of Discharge

- Manage pick up and clearance plan from Port of Discharge

- Manage unloading schedule at distribution centers

- Manage local distribution to clients

- Check quotation of each shipment

- Prepare documents for yearly internal audits

Job Requirements

- Contact customers and forwarders to gather shipmentsinformation

- Prepare documents for Custom Valuation

- Prepare documents for clearance

- Follow up on vessels arrival to ensure smooth process

- Follow up on every shipment until clearance is completed

- Arrange trucks from clearance ports to customers’ warehouse

- Follow up on delivery until each container got unloaded

- Salary 500 $ - 700 $
