Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Lead QA compliance checks in warehouse and transport operations
  • Conduct routine inspections (storage conditions, handling, labelling)
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for external audits
  • Record, track, and report product quality issues (damages, expiry, deviations)
  • Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) follow-up
  • QA training sessions for warehouse/transport staff
  • Maintain QA records and documentation in line with GDP requirements
  • Manage product quality risk (damages, expiry, handling issues)
  • Report non-conformities to management and support investigations
  • Advice on infrastructure and process improvements from an QA standpoint

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications such as ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor, GMP/GDP, or HACCP are highly preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in logistics, healthcare, or FMCG.
  • Exposure to warehouse or distribution environments is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of product handling and storage requirements (e.g., temperature, documentation).
    • Familiar with GDP/GMP and basic audit practices.
    • Good communication and reporting skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to read and write English.
