1. Oversee all machines line daily operation to ensure to meet daily production output goals.

2. Responsible for production planning and execution. Develop schedules, mange workflow, allocate resource.

3. Implement quality control, inspection systems, monitor product quality, and ensure compliance with standards.

4. Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training, and ensure a secure working environment.

5. Providing leadership and development on the hiring, training, supervision and motivation of the production team.

6. Oversee machines performances, coordinate machines maintenance, and plan for equipment upgrade.

7. Coordinating with purchasing and production planning engineer on close managing the raw materials, supplies, finished goods inventory, coordinating for timely delivery.

8. Formulate, monitor control budgets, implementing strategies to minimize cost and maximize efficiency.

1.Bachelor/ MA degree in Engineering or related field. Understanding of Construction will be a plus.

2.At least 10 years’ experience in a steel production factory management role, preferably in steel and metal fabrication industry.

3.Able to multi-task and communicate with different units.

4.Strong attention to detail, good time management skills. and the ability to priorities.

5.Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and inventory management.

6.Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.

7.Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.

8.Professional proficiency in English.
