Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of all retail stores (supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency in operational standards across all locations
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

2. Strategic Planning

  • Develop long-term and short-term operational strategies
  • Align operations with company goals and business growth plans
  • Support store expansion and new store openings

3. Sales & Performance Management

  • Monitor overall sales performance and profitability
  • Set KPIs and targets for store managers and teams
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvements                                                                                            

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead Store Managers, Area Managers, and operations teams
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline within retail operations
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management                                                                                                  

5. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high standards of customer service across all stores
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Address major customer issues and complaints                                                                                                                 

6. Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight

  • Ensure effective stock management and product availability
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams
  • Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and operational waste                                                                                                             

7. Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and improve operational workflows
  • Implement best practices in retail operations
  • Drive cost control and productivity improvements                                                                                                                  

8. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and security standards
  • Monitor operational risks and take corrective actions

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
2–3+ years of experience in retail operations (supermarket or FMCG preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
E4Experience managing multi-store retail operations
