Human Resources Functions• Support recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.• Maintain employee records, personal files.• Coordinate probation evaluations, confirmations.• Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.• Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.• Respond to employee HR-related inquiries.Administration Functions• Manage office administration and daily operational support.• Coordinate office supplies purchasing and inventory control.• Manage company assets, equipment, and vehicle usage records.• Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and service providers.• Support office facilities, cleanliness, and maintenance.• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal activities.• Maintain document filing systems and company stamp control.
