Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across all branches
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
  • Design and implement structured training programs for all positions (service, kitchen, management)
  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires
  • Lead training on customer service, communication, upselling, and company SOPs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs
  • Develop career paths and succession planning for key roles
  • Develop and manage KPI systems for all levels of staff
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support managers in evaluation processes
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions
  • Support branch managers/supervisors in improving team productivity and service quality
  • Promote company values and a positive workplace culture
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
  • Address employee feedback and improve satisfaction levels
  • Organize internal events, recognition programs, and team-building activities
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure proper staffing and scheduling
  • Support cost control initiatives related to labor (overtime, headcount planning)
  • Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and service standards across branches
  • Conduct regular branch visits and audits
  • Proactive and hands-on approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for people development and service excellence
  • Other tasks provided by managements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B or hospitality
  • Experience in training and development is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop employees effectively
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor law in Cambodia
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment
