Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand recruitment needs and prepare job descriptions aligned with role responsibilities.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, agencies, networking).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
  • Recruitment Strategy & Reporting
  • Implement proactive sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics (e.g., number of applicants, interview-to-offer ratios, time to hire) and regularly report on recruitment performance trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop employer branding tactics to attract quality candidates.
  • Collaboration & Candidate Experience
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely feedback. Compliance & Administration

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling company (e-commerce, tech, delivery platforms, or similar) preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies.
  • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and deal with recruitment priorities.
  • Good organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems/tools and recruitment databases.

Language

  • English fluency is typically required.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Chinese, Khmer) are often an asset for roles due to their multilingual environment.
