A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals and objectives.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Assuring the monthly NSSF declaration is properly managed.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates Staying informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment laws. - Providing on the advisory of the Cambodia labor law to the concerning staffs. - - Experienced to handle LACMS system registration and the processing of foreign employee work permits Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or other is preferable.
  • At least 3 years in HR flied
  • Microsoft Office Skills, (Word, Excel, PowerPoints..Etc.)
  • Good knowledge and understanding on Cambodia Labor Law
