  • Develop and manage compensation structures, HRIS System, and salary reviews
  • Conduct Salary market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitiveness
  • Manage annual compensation cycles including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions
  • Provide strategic guidance to HR and business leaders on reward-related matters
  • Administer and optimize HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades and resolve issues
  • Generate dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning and executive decisions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS management
  • Experience analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and compensation benchmarking tools
  • Knowledge of rewards practices.
