Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain and update all company HR policies and procedures.  
  • Planning and executing the HR and administration activities  
  • Roll out internal training on company policies/procedures and legal compliance.  
  • Development of Training Plans and Directories and maintain training records.   
  • Keep all information up to date and in order and create reports from HRIS for data analysis, additional reports as requested from time to time
  • Partner with department managers on providing advice on all employment relations matters.
  • Facilitating disciplinarily meetings, redundancies and terminations from time to time
  • Ensure all documentation is legally compliant and best practice.
  • Actively participate in promoting health and safety in the workplace and encouraging others to do the same
  • Take part in health and safety initiatives, such as workplace inspections, hazard identification and others as required.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner in line with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality consciousness.
  • Liaise with external supplier and facilitate contract procedures as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics and Law  
  • 5-7  years of experience in HR domain as generalist positions or in a related role
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Have a heart for people, genuine concern for employees
  • Strong knowledge in local employment laws, labor regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with employees
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
