● Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.● Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programs to support service excellence.● Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents with confidentiality and accuracy.● Support attendance, leave administration, payroll inputs, and other HR operational tasks.● Help manage employee relations, resolve basic HR issues, and promote a positive workplace.● Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and hotel HR procedures.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.● At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or service industries.● Strong knowledge of recruitment, training coordination, and HR administration processes.● Good understanding of Cambodian labor practices and workplace compliance requirements.● Proficient in MS Office; HR software experience is an advantage.● Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.● Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
