Job Summary
Join a growing real estate development company in Phnom Penh as a Senior HR Executive. You will support end-to-end HR operations, strengthen employee engagement, and help ensure smooth compliance with labor regulations while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and probation follow-up for new hires.
● Maintain accurate employee records, HR documents, and confidential personnel files.
● Support performance appraisals, employee development plans, and training coordination.
● Handle employee relations concerns, provide HR guidance, and promote a positive work environment.
● Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and internal procedures.
● Coordinate staff engagement activities and contribute to retention and workplace culture.
● Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company rules, and statutory requirements.
● Prepare HR reports, workforce data, and other records for management review.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and general HR administration.
● Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee relations.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems or HRIS tools.
● Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
