  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business goals. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including event planners, digital marketing specialists, and copywriters.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Maintain brand guidelines and oversee brand compliance.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and marketing technology providers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
  • Staying Current: Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
  • 5–8+ years in marketing with at least 2–3 years in a lead/manager role.
  • Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Budget ownership and vendor/agency management.
  • Brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Integrated campaign planning (paid, owned, earned).
  • Content & social strategy; editorial calendars.
  • Performance marketing (CAC/ROAS), SEO/ASO, email/marketing automation.
  • Market research, customer insights, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication.
  • People leadership: coach team, set goals, run reviews.
