JOB TITLE: OPERATION SUPERVISOR (CHINESE SPEAKING)
REPORTS TO: MANAGEMENT
LOCATION: KANDAL AND KAMPONG SPEU PROVINCE
SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE

  •  Assist the Board of Management in preparing the company’s business plan and processing operations
  • Oversee field operations and provide necessary support and improvement actions of industries Park branches
  •  Regularly observe relevant external factors impacting business operations for necessary proactive response and practical strategy development.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and uniformly across all departments.
  •  Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and service providing in each department
  • Collaborate with the Sales department, Accountant department, Marketing department, and warehouse department in the development and delivery of strategic events and brand-enhancing initiatives
  • Managing day-to-day operational performance,
  • Proactively manage all aspects of financial measurement, including budget and inventory control
  • Plan and monitor the daily activity of each department to ensure smooth progress
  • Acts as delegate of the executive, when requested, to manage the organization’s departments
  • Direct and guide approved policies including sales, marketing, accountant, Industries park department
  • Support sales and marketing department to monitor business operations
  • Interact with other departments in managing the entire operations and develop an inventory control management system
  • Oversight the quality of plan and manage budget operation plans, prepare and supervise all financial documents
  • Evaluate and prepare reports for authorization
  • Supervise coach managers and other direct subordinates and provide constructive feedback
  • Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans and operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in business management, or closely related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in business management or related filed.
  •  Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to ever-changing situations.
  • Able to multi-task and communicate with different units Very organized and able to present information in a clear and logical manner
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, independent, detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Chinese
