Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Overseeing the daily operations of all properties, such as maintenance, sales, leasing, and customer service.
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and leasing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income and sale revenue.
Preparing, managing annual budgets, closely monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure profitability (P&L).
Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties meet health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of property upkeep and curb appeal.
Leading, training, and managing on-site sales team and staff to achieve operational excellence.
Liaising with external parties such as contractors, investors, local government officials.
Preparing detailed reports on market analysis, competitor analysis, property performance, market trends, and other analytics for senior management.
Negotiating lease contracts and renewals, while balancing tenant retention and maximizing rental rates.
Implementing cost-reduction initiatives that improve the profitability and efficiency of property operations.
Addressing legal and risk management aspects of property management, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Utilizing property management software, technology to streamline operations and provide real-time data analysis.
Other tasks assigned by top management.

Job Requirements

Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree specializing in property related or equivalent experience preferred.
Extensive experience in property management (sales and leasing) or a related field, typically 3-5 years, 2-3 years’ experience in Cambodia.
Strong knowledge of the property market, and current legislation affecting property development management, be able to speak Mandarin and English.
