Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Welcomes and greets all patients, in person or over the phone call and responding to email.
  • Registers new patients and updates patients’ information including personal information.
  • Works in medical office and works as a cashier.
  • Interprets between patients and medical professionals.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by manager and/or general manager.

Job Requirements

  • Having education background related to medical field or administrative field
  • Having experience as customer service, receptionist, or related position at
  • hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and other places.
  • Language ability: High command in Khmer language or Japanese, and high
  • English language proficiency.
  • Willing to learn, improve knowledge, and continue learning.
  • Ability to build good interpersonal relationships, and work well in a team with doctors, nurses, and nonmedical staff.
  • Basic computer skills, calculation skills, and knowledge in accounting are preferrable.
  • Being able to work night shift (subject to discussion).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize job tasks.
  • Working days: 5 days per week.
  • Working hours: 8.00 – 18.00 (include 1-hour lunch break).
  • Days off, holiday: 2 days off per week (rotation).
  • Salary: Based on our policy/ Based on your performance
  • Pay change: Twice a year (January and July).
