  • Organizational Development (OD): Support OD efforts by contributing to leadership development, culture-building initiatives, and organizational effectiveness projects.
  • Learning Program Management: Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs aligned with business needs and growth strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead L&D projects by managing timelines, resources, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Training Support: Develop and deliver training materials, support facilitation, and ensure an engaging learner experience.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate training events, workshops, and webinars to ensure seamless execution and participant satisfaction.
  • L&D Research and Best Practices: Conduct research on industry trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance learning strategies and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison for L&D and OD activities, maintaining effective communication and providing insightful reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine programs and practices to align with evolving organizational goals and best practices in L&D and OD.
  • Handle other assignments from line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance and Banking, or Business Management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Functions, preferably in L&D or Performance Management.
  • Good data analysis and interpretation.
  • Organizational skills-strong planning, organizational development, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communications, influence, and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, patient, high commitment, able to work under pressure and multiple tasks per deadlines.
