  • Develop and implement competitive compensation structures, conduct reviews, and ensure market alignment.
  • Administer employee benefits (health, retirement, wellness), ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
  • Serve as a contact for compensation and benefits inquiries and provide clear communication to employees.
  • Track compensation trends, benefits usage, and effectiveness, providing insights to management.
  • Lead annual salary reviews, manage pay increases and bonuses, and assist in compensation budgeting.
  • Continuously improve compensation and benefits processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field. Certification in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
  • 4-6 years in compensation and benefits management, wit
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
  • Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; advanced Excel preferred.
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
