Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and regularly review competitive compensation structures across all levels and divisions within the group of companies.
  • Ensure compensation programs align with organizational goals, market trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, insurance, and leave benefits.
  • Evaluate current benefit offerings to ensure they remain competitive and cost-effective.
  • Implement and communicate employee benefits programs effectively across all companies within the group.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national compensation and benefits regulations, including tax and labor laws.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on compensation and benefits data, as well as budget forecasting for compensation-related expenditures.
  • Perform regular audits of compensation and benefits programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Use HRIS and other data tools to analyze compensation and benefits data, providing insights to leadership on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support management in making data-driven decisions about pay equity, benefits design, and compensation practices.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for compensation and benefits inquiries from employees across the group of companies.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to educate employees on compensation policies, benefits offerings, and other related programs.
  • Foster a transparent and positive work environment by actively engaging employees and addressing concerns related to compensation and benefits.
  • Lead and mentor the compensation and benefits team, ensuring high performance and development of staff.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and external vendors to ensure the effective implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Advise leadership on compensation strategy and market trends to align the organization’s talent strategy with business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working in a multi-company environment or large-scale organization is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and related policies.
  • Strong understanding of relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to designing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
