The strategic HR leader to drive our HR transformation, talent development, and digital learning initiatives across all subsidiaries, shaping HR strategy, leadership development, and AI-driven learning, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact!
 

  • Collaborate with leadership to create a scalable L&D strategy aligned with company goals, addressing skills gaps and tailoring training programs.
  • Assess training needs using data, feedback, and performance metrics to align with business objectives and department-specific needs.
  • Design and deliver diverse learning solutions (in-person, virtual, eLearning) and manage training programs to meet employee needs across the group.
  • Create leadership programs, providing coaching and mentoring for emerging leaders, in partnership with senior management.
  • Promote a learning culture, linking training programs to engagement and retention efforts, and measuring their impact on performance.
  • Align L&D programs with performance appraisals and career goals to address gaps and support career progression.
  • Oversee LMS systems, stay updated on L&D technologies, and ensure easy access to training resources.
  • Manage the L&D budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective training programs are delivered within budget.
  • Set metrics and KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and report on results, recommending improvements.
  • Coordinate training initiatives across the group, fostering knowledge sharing and cross-company mentoring.
  • Ensure mandatory training (compliance, health & safety) is delivered across the group, staying updated on legal requirements.
  • Regularly assess and improve L&D programs, incorporating feedback and emerging trends to enhance training engagement and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in HR Strategy, Learning & Development, or Talent Management (SHRM, CIPD, ATD, HCI) are a plus.
  • 10+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably at a Group/Corporate level.
  • Expertise in multi-industry HR strategy, workforce planning, and digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in HR Strategy, Learning & Development, or Talent Management (SHRM, CIPD, ATD, HCI) are a plus.
  • 10+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably at a Group/Corporate level.
