Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and prepare clear, accurate job descriptions.
  • Post job ads on selected job boards, social media channels, and outreach networks.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment records.
  • Assist in improving recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.

HR Operations & Support

  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update HR files and employee records.
  • Support HR policy implementation and compliance with Cambodian labor laws.
  • Help manage employee relations by addressing basic inquiries and facilitating communication between staff and HR.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as benefits coordination, work permits (if applicable), and record keeping.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, number of candidates screened).
  • Provide HR reports to management and suggest improvements for hiring efficiency.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • 1–3+ years of working experience in recruitment, human resources, or HR operations — ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks and administrative duties.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Language

  • Proficiency in English is generally required. Knowledge of Khmer and Chinese is an asset depending on the business unit’s needs.

Other Qualities

  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling HR matters.
  • Problem-solving skills and a teamwork mindset.
  • Knowledge of Cambodian labor law is a plus.
