Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual Bodyshop revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales and service advisor team to improve performance and productivity.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, corporate clients, and individual customers.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and fleet accounts.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by overseeing service quality and customer handling standards.
Coordinate closely with Operations and Workshop teams to ensure smooth repair processes and timely delivery.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports for management.
Handle key customer negotiations, complaints, and escalations when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and ethical sales practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in automotive, Bodyshop, aftersales, or service-related industries is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
