Graduated bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in HRM/Management or other related fields
Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, business administration, or related to fields (from Bac-II, Year 1,2,3,4 or fresh graduate
Good knowledge of Cambodian Labour Law, Recruitment and Selection Process, Job Analysis, Personnel Planning and Needs.
Good knowledge of job fair, walk-in interview, corporation with University/Institution
Experience related to credit officer, loan recovery officer, filed collection from financial institutions
Good English and computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office Photoshop)
Good knowledge and concept design
Good analytical, communication
Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
Good intuition and understanding of people’s qualities
Good negotiation with people.
