• Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Maintain and update accurate employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
• Coordinate new employee orientations and assist with exit interview scheduling and termination paperwork.
• Handle basic customer and vendor support to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
