• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for non-exempt and entry-level positions, from posting to onboarding.• Administer and communicate company benefit programs, including annual Open Enrollment and responding to employee queries.• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, conducting initial investigations and mediating conflict resolution.• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations.• Assist in the performance management cycle, including tracking documentation, coordinating reviews, and coaching managers on feedback delivery.
